Your Role: Creating an Exceptional Investor Experience
In this role, you are the sparring partner to the Partners for our LP strategy and relationship development. You own our year-round LP journey, not just fundraising cycles. In a high-performance, flat-hierarchy environment, you’ll combine strategic relationship building with operational excellence to make our investor experience the benchmark in the market.
- LP Strategy & Relationship Development: Work closely with the Partners to shape and execute our LP strategy, focusing on long-term relationship plans across institutional and private capital in both Europe and US / Canada.
- Capital Formation: Drive the fundraising journey end-to-end, from positioning and outreach to due diligence coordination and closing, always relationship-first across cycles coordinating fundraising trips with our GPs.
- Narrative Ownership: Shape our fund narrative and IR storytelling. Translate portfolio data and strategy into high-signal materials (deck, quarterly updates, talking points) and ensure consistency across all LP touchpoints.
- Ecosystem Curation: Design and execute exclusive touchpoints, from LP briefings to founder-investor dinners, that transform our investor base into an active, engaged community.
- Infrastructure & Scaling: Build the scalable workflows necessary for a multi-fund platform. You ensure CRM discipline and data-driven insights are the foundation of our relationship management.
Your Profile: Strategic Vision meets Deep Empathy
We seek a professional who builds trust effortlessly and thinks strategically about capital markets. You should be strong-minded yet humble, someone who understands the value of deep relationships and uses their unique perspective to challenge and improve our status quo.
- Track Record: Significant experience in Investor Relations, VC/PE fundraising, or high-stakes relationship management (e.g., Private Banking or Tier-1 Consulting).
- Communication Mastery: You are a gifted storyteller with excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German.
- Ownership Mindset: You don’t wait for a task list. You identify gaps in our LP journey and build the systems to close them.
- Emotional Intelligence: You are highly relationship-driven, navigate complex stakeholder interests with discretion and build long-term trust with senior decision-makers.
