Your Role: Showcasing the signal in the noise
As our Marketing Manager, you are the engine behind our brand visibility and the heartbeat of our community operations. From strategy to the final touch – you own the entire process. You translate our investment hypotheses and principles into compelling narratives and ensure that Capnamic remains the go-to partner for top-tier founders and LPs. You will work closely with the investment team to build a platform that provides real value to our ecosystem.
- Marketing Roadmap: You take full ownership of Capnamic’s own channels. You manage our social media presence (especially LinkedIn), orchestrate our newsletter, and maintain our website to reflect our position as a tech-savvy investor.
- Lead Generation & Performance: You apply performance marketing tools to strategically increase our visibility among founders and LPs, ensuring our investment hypotheses and principals reach the right audience.
- Event Excellence: You scout the most relevant ecosystem events and relentlessly pursue high-impact opportunities – from panels to impulse or jury sessions – to maximize Capnamic’s visibility.
- Content Engine: You translate our team's expertise into high-quality internal content - from blog posts to deep-tech reports - that reinforces our thought leadership in the VC industry
Your Profile: Structured thinking, execution-driven.
You are an all-rounder: a structured professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn a complex strategy into a tangible result. You combine the precision of established business structures with the relentless drive of an entrepreneur. Instead of just following trends, you anticipate them and possess the technical skills to implement them immediately.
- Experience: You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a Corporate, a high-performing SME company, a marketing agency or ideally in VC. You bring a structured approach to our agile VC environment.
- Toolbox Professional: You have a deep understanding of modern marketing tools. You are highly proficient in CRM-tools, Analytics, and Email Marketing software. You know how to use technology to automate workflows and measure success.
- Execution Focus: You are a "doer" with a hands-on mentality. You take projects from ideation to completion and are comfortable managing the entire marketing cycle for our fund independently.
- Entrepreneurial Thinking: You understand the business of Venture Capital. You think strategically about how marketing can support our sourcing efforts and enhance our reputation among investors.
- Communication: Your English and German skills are excellent. You are a strong writer and a confident representative of the Capnamic brand.
- Trend-Driven: You have your finger on the pulse of the industry. Whether it’s the latest shifts in the VC landscape, emerging Deep Tech trends, or new marketing tactics and AI tools - you are always up to date and eager to test how new developments can be leveraged for Capnamic.
