Dr. Nils Eiteneyer

Nils is a Partner at Capnamic and joined in 2025. He is an advisor turned operator turned investor. Nils co-founded boutique accelerator and VC firm xdeck alongside the founders of FOND OF, and helped scale AEVOR & pinqponq, the sustainable lifestyle consumer goods business at FOND OF Group, as co-managing director. He started off at McKinsey & Company, holds a PhD from RWTH Aachen and studied at The London School of Economics and in Mannheim.

In his leisure time, Nils loves good wine, crime fiction, his hometown club BVB, and spending time with family and friends.
